Breakdowns and response times. What happens when a rental road sweeper breaksdown and when will we fix it?

If you have a problem with a road sweeper whilst it is on hire the process is very simple. Basically you are renting the machine so if it breaks down then it is not your problem, it is our problem and we need to make this go away so you can get back up and running ASAP.
The first step is to gather as much information about the problem as possible no matter how embarrassing this may be. It could be that the control system just went down and everything suddenly stopped which is out of your control or something silly like the operator left the flashing beacons on over the weekend and flattened the battery. The reason for this information is that it enables our engineers to be equipped for the problem they are dealing with and when they arrive they will have a good idea of where the problem lies and how to fix it ASAP for example if leaving the lights on has flattened the battery they know to re charge it of if the problem is leaking hydraulic oil then we need to send someone equipped to build and replace hydraulic hoses.
This information passed over correctly will minimize downtime and get you back up and running faster.
